THE VILLA
Villa Carlotta, built at the end of the 19th century, renovated and expanded at the beginning of the 20th century, is now an elegant and stately Art Nouveau residence with frescoes and antique furniture, enriched by an impressive terrace where you can enjoy lunch or dinner with unforgettable moments. Also at your disposal is a garden with swimming pool, where you can relax and admire the enchanting landscape..
The villa is on two floors. On the ground floor there is a study with a sofa and desk which leads to a bathroom with a large shower. A spacious living room with sofa armchairs and a TV area. A large kitchen with a dining area. If we go up a flight of stairs, we will find a bathroom with a shower on the between floor. On the first floor there are two double bedrooms, one bedroom with a French bed and an adjoining bedroom with a single bed. Double room with two single beds (beds that can be joined on request). This room is accessible through a small anteroom with a sofa and armchair. Another small flight of stairs leads to the third bathroom with bathtub shower. The outside area includes a large terrace accessible from the kitchen and living room, a dining table and a small relaxation area. Large garden accessible from the terrace, small shaped swimming pool (size 5,20 mt x 2,50 mt x H 1,20 mt) and internal car park with three parking spaces .

Villa Carlotta is on the outskirts of the village of Lari in a strategic position to visit the most important places in Tuscany such as Florence (60 minutes), Pisa (30 minutes), Lucca (40 minutes and San Gimignano (60 minutes)), Volterra (50 minutes), Siena (90 minutes), Viareggio – Forte dei Marmi (50 minutes), Livorno (40 minutes) and Montecatini Terme (60 minutes). Casciana Terme with its thermal center is 10 minutes away. We have an agreement with discounts for our guests. On the hills of Pisa, 30 minutes from the villa, is the "Teatro del Silenzio" (Theater of Silence) out in the open of the small town of Lajatico, where the famous live concert by Andrea Bocelli takes place every summer in July. In the village of Lari there are restaurants, pizzerias, wine bars, bars, an ice cream parlor where the ice cream is prepared in the house and various grocery stores, a pharmacy, a gas station, a hairdresser for women and men, a beautician and an ATM. You can find supermarkets with everything you need just 10 km from the property.
