  1. Oggetto e Ruolo dello Sviluppatore<\/strong>
    Lo Sviluppatore ha operato esclusivamente come fornitore di servizi tecnici, limitando la propria attività alla progettazione, sviluppo, manutenzione e configurazione tecnica del sito web.<\/li>\n
  2. Contenuti, Diritti e Proprietà Intellettuale<\/strong>
    Il Cliente, in qualità di Titolare del sito, garantisce di possedere tutti i diritti, licenze e autorizzazioni per i materiali pubblicati (testi, immagini, video, loghi, marchi, font, documenti e altri contenuti).
    Lo Sviluppatore non verifica la provenienza o la liceità dei materiali forniti e declina ogni responsabilità<\/strong> per eventuali violazioni di copyright, marchi o altri diritti di proprietà intellettuale di terzi.<\/li>\n
  3. Conformità Normativa e Protezione dei Dati<\/strong>
    Il Titolare del sito è l’unico responsabile della conformità alla normativa vigente, incluso il Regolamento (UE) 2016\/679 – GDPR<\/strong>, e delle disposizioni del Garante per la protezione dei dati personali<\/strong>, nonché della redazione e aggiornamento di Privacy Policy, Cookie Policy e informative sul trattamento dei dati.
    Lo Sviluppatore non fornisce consulenza legale o normativa e non può essere ritenuto responsabile per violazioni, mancata protezione dei dati o trasferimenti verso server esterni.<\/li>\n
  4. Limitazione di Responsabilità e Manleva<\/strong>
    Lo Sviluppatore non sarà responsabile per danni diretti o indiretti derivanti dall’uso del sito, malfunzionamenti tecnici, interruzioni del servizio, incompatibilità di software, aggiornamenti di plugin o temi, attacchi informatici o interventi successivi di terzi o del Cliente.
    Il Titolare del sito manleva e tiene indenne lo Sviluppatore da qualsiasi richiesta di risarcimento, azione legale o sanzione amministrativa avanzata da terzi o autorità competenti in relazione ai contenuti e alla gestione del sito.<\/li>\n
  5. Accettazione del Lavoro<\/strong>
    La pubblicazione online del sito o il pagamento del saldo finale costituiscono accettazione completa del lavoro svolto e conferma della presa visione e accettazione delle presenti note legali.<\/li>\n

    Legal Notice and Disclaimer of Technical Responsibility<\/strong><\/p>\n

    1. Purpose and Role of the Developer<\/strong>
      The Developer acted exclusively as a technical service provider, limited to the design, development, maintenance, and technical configuration of the website.<\/li>\n
    2. Content, Rights, and Intellectual Property<\/strong>
      The Client, as the Owner of the website, guarantees that they hold all rights, licenses, and authorizations for the materials published on the site (texts, images, videos, logos, trademarks, fonts, documents, and other content).
      The Developer does not verify the origin or legality of the provided materials and declines all liability<\/strong> for any copyright infringement, trademark violation, or other intellectual property rights violations by third parties.<\/li>\n
    3. Legal Compliance and Data Protection<\/strong>
      The website Owner is solely responsible for compliance with applicable laws, including the EU Regulation 2016\/679 – GDPR<\/strong>, and the requirements of the Italian Data Protection Authority (Garante per la protezione dei dati personali)<\/strong>, as well as for drafting and updating the Privacy Policy, Cookie Policy, and data processing notices.
      The Developer does not provide legal or regulatory advice and cannot be held liable for any violations, lack of data protection, or transfers to external servers.<\/li>\n
    4. Limitation of Liability and Indemnification<\/strong>
      The Developer shall not be liable for any direct or indirect damages arising from the use of the website, technical malfunctions, service interruptions, software incompatibilities, plugin or theme updates, cyberattacks, or interventions by third parties or the Client.
      The website Owner agrees to indemnify and hold the Developer harmless from any claims, legal actions, or administrative penalties brought by third parties or authorities in connection with the content and management of the website.<\/li>\n

      The publication of the website online or the payment of the final service balance constitutes full acceptance of the work performed and confirms acknowledgment and acceptance of this legal notice.<\/li>\n
